RE: Roxul Lead Times
Due to extended lead times on various products manufactured by Roxul, it's critical you're aware we are now expecting orders placed today to arrive the week of December 15th and/or a 10-week ETA.
I believe it's also realistic to see lead times extended out further based on the December holiday schedule this year, so pre-planning your project requirements is critical.
Please be aware we are doing everything possible to fill orders and are in communication multiple times per day with Roxul placing orders and arranging product shipments.
During this time, please contact your local SDS representative and/or myself to discuss the extended lead times.
We are greatly committed to your business needs and are sensitive to the pressure this can create. As the status of lead times change, we will keep you informed so project planning can be better coordinated.
