Please join me in congratulating Kris Chatt on his promotion to Inside Sales Manager. Kris came to SDS after working many roles in the industry including delivery, warehouse work, inside sales and inside sales supervision. Kris most recently has been working in the Calgary branch as an Account Manager. Kris will be working very closely with the inside sales team, managing the desk, and working closely with the sales managers as well as account managers. Kris's key responsibilities will include expanding our inside sales customer service experience, in-house sales accounts, creating a more efficient and trained team, managing all functions of incoming orders and customer communications.

This newly created position will be reporting directly to the VP of Operations and Sales Manager. Kris will be managing all aspects and team members in the showroom in an inside sales and sales position. He will also oversee the showroom, inside promotions, in addition to working closely with the shipping and purchasing positions.

With the continued growth and success of SDS we are very excited with the newly created role that will continue to propel our companies success in achieving our key company goals. Kris will be looking after his new responsibilities effective July 29, 2013.
