We are pleased to announce that B.C. Ceilings and WSB Titan Inc (“Titan”) have entered into an agreement which will allow for Titan to become an equity partner in all of the B.C. Ceilings operations (Richmond, Vancouver, Langley, B.C. and Calgary, AB).

 

Titan is the largest privately owned gypsum & ceilings supply dealer in Canada with 39 locations across the country.  The equity position is an important strategic component of Titan’s long term growth strategy and we are thrilled with the opportunity to work with the many valued employees and customers of the B.C. Ceilings family for many years to come.

 

Titan has continued to focus on our ceilings business over the past decade and we firmly believe that John Warrington, current President of B.C. Ceilings and Canadian Acoustical, along with his team, bring a wealth of knowledge unparalleled in Western Canada.

 

John Warrington, will continue to be President and operate B.C. Ceilings and Canadian Acoustical, with his team, with 100% autonomy.  John will aid Titan in our growth strategy in the ceilings business across Canada.
